What LimePayX does
LimePayX provides information and tools to help users navigate selected bank-supported payment flows, including USSD where available. The app does not hold funds, issue payment accounts, or replace your bank, UPI app, mobile operator, or merchant.
Bank approval and payment safety
Your bank controls eligibility, prompts, authorization, processing, and transaction status. Availability depends on the bank, account, registered SIM, carrier, device, merchant, and payment type. Always confirm the recipient and amount in the official bank prompt, enter your UPI PIN only there, and check your bank’s history if a result is pending or unclear.
Website information
The website provides general product and payment-safety information. It is not financial, banking, or legal advice and does not initiate or verify payments. Information may change as the app and supported flows evolve.
Acceptable use
Use LimePayX lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation. Do not use the service to bypass bank authentication, impersonate another person, or submit another person’s information without permission.
Third-party services
Sign-in, bank flows, mobile-network services, and support may depend on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control their availability or decisions.
Availability and liability
We work to keep LimePayX useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular payment route will work. To the extent permitted by law, One Touch Pvt Ltd is not responsible for bank, carrier, device, merchant, or network decisions, or for losses caused by relying on an unconfirmed payment status. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
