This policy explains how One Touch Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use LimePayX and the website at offline-payments.in. LimePayX helps users navigate selected bank-supported payment flows. Your bank remains responsible for payment authorization and processing.
Information you provide for sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile information with us, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. Supabase Auth processes this information to create and maintain your LimePayX account and sign-in session. We do not receive your Google password.
Payment activity and on-device history
LimePayX keeps payment-attempt history on your device so you can review it in the app. A record may include the recipient name or payment address, amount, optional remark, time, status, and bank reference when available. The app does not store your UPI PIN or raw USSD prompt text in this history. Your bank and mobile operator process the bank flow under their own policies.
Accessibility assistance
If you enable Android Accessibility for LimePayX and start an assisted bank flow, the service may inspect controls in the active Phone or bank prompt to help fill payment details and observe the result. It is idle until you explicitly start an assisted action. You can turn the permission off in Android settings. Review every detail and enter your UPI PIN only in the official bank prompt.
Lime AI and customer support
If you use Lime AI or customer support, your messages are sent over the internet to LimePayX support services and Google AI so the assistant can respond. Messages are stored so the assistant can reply and the support team can follow up. Questions the assistant cannot safely answer may be shared with authorized LimePayX support personnel. Do not send a UPI PIN, OTP, password, full card details, or other bank credentials in chat.
Website information
This informational website has no account registration, payment, advertising, or analytics form. The website host may process standard technical request logs needed to serve and secure the site. The site does not ask you to enter payment credentials.
How information is used and shared
- To provide account sign-in, app features, and support responses.
- To keep the app secure, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
- With service providers needed for sign-in, support, and AI responses, as described above.
- When required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
We do not sell personal information. Payment-attempt history is stored locally by the app and is not sent to our support service as part of ordinary payment use.
Retention and your choices
On-device payment history can be removed from LimePayX or by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. Account and support information is retained as needed to provide the service, handle follow-up, and meet legal requirements. To ask about or request deletion of account or support information, contact us through the Lime AI support option in LimePayX.
Security
We use service providers and safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can promise perfect security. Keep your device secured and do not share bank credentials through LimePayX.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as LimePayX changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date. For privacy questions, contact One Touch Pvt Ltd through the Lime AI support option in LimePayX.
